PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

IDENTIFYING APP VERSION

If you’re helping a user troubleshoot and want to know (or inform Vyten Support) which version of iOS, Android, or the app they’re using, have them open the app and navigate to More>Settings>Contact Support. This will open an email message with the information you’re looking for. This is an example of what it will look like:
