Logins used for the MINDBODY Branded Web Manager are entirely separate from the owner and staff accounts used in your MINDBODY site. You can create a Branded Web Manager account for your staff members—or your web developer—using the steps below.

To get started, log in to the Branded Web Manager as the owner, then:

  1. Select Site Settings at the top of the screen.

  2. Scroll down to the Users section, and click Add New User.

  3. Enter an email address and name for the new account holder, then click Add.

    The newly added user will immediately receive a setup email with instructions on establishing a password.
