The Loyalty Card extension is a point system or punch card where users can earn gifts that incentivize them to visit your business more often.
Open the Loyalty Card extension settings in the “Business” section of the navigation bar. This gives you access to your client list, as well as settings, statistics, and promotion tools.
You can adjust all the Loyalty Card settings under Business > Loyalty > The card.
The first tab Loyalty program contains all the options for how your card can function. Choose the number of points on the card, the value of each point, and your card's template, among the three options provided.
The second tab Validation process is how you choose the process for clients to earn points on their Loyalty Card. You can choose from one of three different validation processes:
Points are earned when a user scans the QR code that you can generate directly from your app builder by clicking the "Print the QR Code" button.
For this validation process, you must define a geographic area within which your client can earn a point. You can directly enter the geographic coordinates for the area or make use of the map and design the designated area.
If you want to use the loyalty program to promote your business, simply enter the URL you want your clients to share on social networks. Once sharing is complete, your client earns a point.
