Log into Google Cloud Console using the same credentials as your Google Play Developer account: https://console.cloud.google.com.

NOTE: Make sure throughout this process, as you click on the hyperlinks in each step, that you stay logged into your admin account, eg. if Google tends to default to your personal account.

OPTION #1

If your Google Developer admin account email ends @gmail.com, follow these instructions to create a Google Cloud Console Project and invite [email protected].

  1. Click the projects list next to the Google Cloud logo, then create a new project.

  2. Open the project once it’s created. Click IAM under IAM & Admin

  3. Under Add Principals, type [email protected] into the New Principals field.

  4. Assign the role ‘Owner’ and click Save.

  5. Mark this task as complete in Basecamp so our team can check for and accept this invitation.

<aside> 💡 If you have in-app subscriptions, please repeat the steps above, meaning [email protected] should have access to two Google Cloud Console projects.

OPTION #2

If your organization uses Google Workspace and your Google Developer account is a business domain instead of @gmail.com, follow these instructions to add @vyten.com to the Domain Allowlist and invite [email protected] to your Google Cloud Console account.

  1. Click IAM under IAM & Admin. NOTE: Stay in the Organization for the next step, and do not click into any projects.

  2. Click the pencil icon “Edit Principal” next to your user account.

  3. First provide YOURSELF access with the following roles:

    1. Owner
    2. Organization Administrator
    3. Organization Policy Administrator
    4. Project Creator

  4. Click Organization Poilcies in the left-hand navigation menu.
