Partner referral bonus

The referral fee bonus multiple you earn depends on the number of qualified referrals and Converted referrals to Vyten.

This referral fee plan is effective as of January 1, 2025, with eligibility based on 2024 referrals. Eligibility is reassessed each year.

Term Definition
Qualified lead referral A submission of a net new prospective customer lead into your referral link.

Within 90 days of a lead referral form being submitted, the referral can be can be qualified and considered ready for the next stage of the sales process.

A qualified lead referral is a referral for which Vyten receives all the qualifying information needed for the Vyten sales team to get in touch. This includes details about the the lead's name, email address, and phone number. | | Unqualified lead referral | After 90 days of a Vyten lead form being submitted, it will be unqualified if a Vyten sales opportunity is not created from that lead form. Within 90 days of a lead referral form being submitted, it can be an unqualified lead referral if it hasn't been nurtured enough to be forwarded to a sales team.

If a lead already exists with the same email address or has been previously submitted by a different Vyten Partner participant, this is considered an unqualified lead referral. These referrals are not eligible for commission.
